In winter, the city’s Christmas markets fill the Old Town and Wenceslas Squares with wooden stalls selling handmade gifts, mulled wine and warm trdelník, beneath a towering tree and the glow of festive lights. Spend your days exploring the Jewish Quarter, tasting Czech classics like goulash with dumplings and svíčková, and ending an evening with a classical concert in one of the city’s historic churches. Take your time to explore, and you’ll find something new around every corner, whatever the season.
