Our Story - Built on a Genuine Love of Travel

The Internet Traveller is the UK's specialist for tailor-made, multi-destination journeys to extraordinary places. Founded in 1987 and based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, we are an independent UK travel company, a trading name of P&P Associates Ltd, specialising in multi-centre holidays and tailor-made long-haul itineraries across the USA, Asia, the Caribbean, the Indian Ocean, Africa and Australasia. Every holiday we sell is fully ABTA (G3655) and ATOL (5360) protected, and we are consistently rated 5 out of 5 from hundreds of reviews on Trustpilot.

We were founded on a simple conviction: that booking a great long-haul holiday should feel as exciting as the trip itself. Not overwhelming, not stressful, and certainly not a gamble. For nearly four decades we have helped UK travellers discover the world on their own terms. From a first trip to New York to a complex multi-centre journey weaving through Southeast Asia, Japan or the Canadian Rockies, we have been trusted with the trips that matter most.

Her favourite challenge is a multi-centre route she has never built before, and she once trekked the canyons of Arizona, Nevada and Utah over five days for charity.
Favourite trip: "Six weeks up Australia's east coast, Sydney to Cairns. Jet skis, a 4x4 on Fraser Island and feeding a baby kangaroo. The best time."

Her real obsession is the sea: she has kayaked with manatees in Florida, swum with the pigs in the Bahamas and watched whales off Monterey. Caroline's career began with school work experience at a travel agency aged 15, and her expertise was earned the long way: a two year round the world trip, living and working in Australia and backpacking through Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Borneo, knowledge she later used to help build our Southeast Asia department. Wherever she lands, the local market is always her first stop.
Favourite trip: "The Great Barrier Reef. Heart Reef from a helicopter in the morning, then diving the reef that same afternoon. Above and below in one day."
