Upon arrival, you'll meet your local tour manager and transfer to your hotel for some leisure time before a welcome briefing this evening.

This morning, pay a visit to the ‘Middle of the World’, where the equator is marked with a monument and visitor centre, before continuing to the highland town of Otavalo, the most famous of all South America’s colourful, indigenous markets. Enjoy lunch in Pijal, a small village in the heart of the Andes, where you'll visit the sustainable 'Sacha Warmi Kuna Project'. You'll then return to Quito via Cotacachi. 

Leave Quito and fly to the Galápagos archipelago, arriving at Baltra. Transfer by boat to Santa Cruz, home of the famous giant tortoise. Enjoy lunch at a local ranch, then embark on a gentle guided walk to see the tortoises in their volcanic habitat. Afterward, check in to your hotel for a two-night stay.

Enjoy an unforgettable cruise on Academy Bay's pristine waters, with opportunities for snorkelling or swimming among colourful marine species like turtles and sea lions. Ashore, encounter marine iguanas and marvel at an astonishing collection of cacti and red volcanic rocks.
