Begin with The Bush Camp’s Elephant and Karen Mahout Experience: visit the "Free-roaming, chain-free" elephant park, feed and interact with Asia's largest land animal, and explore the mahouts' lifestyle. Learn about their traditions, help with tasks like pounding rice, weaving clothes, and sample their cooking. Enjoy a sundowner at a mountain-top viewpoint overlooking the Ping River, followed by a buffet dinner of Thai and Western dishes with stunning mountain vistas.

2nd Days Activities: The morning rituals of our mahouts and Elephants

Start your day with a leisurely buffet breakfast before heading to the "Free Roaming Forest," where you can make paper from elephant dung, sample traditional "Kafee Boran" coffee and "kanom krok" snacks, and observe the care of our elephants. Watch their morning wash, then enjoy a fresh Thai buffet lunch with mountain views. The afternoon is free for relaxation by the pool or in the camp. In the evening, savour a sundowner by the Ping River with BBQ delicacies, followed by a buffet dinner of Thai and Western dishes while enjoying stunning mountain vistas.

3rd Days Activities: The elephant valley

Enjoy a leisurely buffet breakfast before heading to "Elephant Valley" to see the elephants roaming freely, learn about animal husbandry, and discover how we provide veterinary care for their well-being. Feed the elephants and marvel at these magnificent creatures one last time. After a morning of activities, return to your tent to check out, then enjoy a final lunch overlooking the mountains and Ping River before heading back to Chiang Mai.
