When you call to confirm your tour prior to arriving in Cozumel, you will be told which ferry gate to visit to exchange a copy of your voucher for your roundtrip ferry tickets (your name will be waiting on a will call list). Please remember to print two copies of your voucher as you will need a second to hand to the guide in Playa del Carmen. Participant restrictions Children height 1.00-1.40 meters 40”- 55” inches. Additional Information We recommend bringing decongestant just in case as it can be uncomfortable or dangerous to dive if you become congested and Dramamine is recommended for those sensitive to sea sickness. Each should be taken one hour prior to activities. Travel light wearing a swimsuit and comfortable clothes/shoes. We recommend wearing shoes for the natural rock walkways. Only biodegradable sunblock is permitted. Your sunscreen must be clearly marked as PABA Free, Oil-Free, and Biodegradable. The chemicals Oxybenzone, oxybenzone, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, or the preservative butylparaben are all proven to damage coral reefs. If you’re not sure if your sunscreen is safe, it can be purchased at the park for about $15 USD. Towels, locker and snorkeling equipment are provided.
