Itinerary

Day 1: Fly to Saigon

Fly overnight to Saigon.

Day 2: Saigon

On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 3: Discover Saigon

sightseeing includes a visit to notre Dame Cathedral, Central post office, reunification palace and the War remnants Museum. You’ll also visit Ben Thanh Market.

Days 4-5: Mekong Delta Cruise

Travel to Ben Tre and cruise on the Mekong river to explore the Delta, the rice basket of Vietnam. Travel through palm-lined canals on wooden sampans passing stilt houses and fish farms. later on, you’ll travel to Can Tho where you’ll stay overnight. The next day, continue exploring the Mekong Delta before returning to Saigon.)

Day 6: Cu Chi Tunnels & Tay Ninh

Explore the amazing network of Cu Chi Tunnels. Attend the noon service at the Cao Dai Temple. Return to Saigon. Days 7: Journey to Dalat

Travel to the beautiful hill station of Dalat, located in the cooler climate of the Central Highlands. en route you’ll stop for lunch at Bao Loc and also visit a tea plantation. Dalat, known as the City of eternal spring, is surrounded by stunning forests and waterfalls. in the afternoon, why not relax with a coffee and take in picturesque views of Xuan Huong lake.

Days 8: Dalat Hill Station

sightseeing includes a visit to Domaine de Marie Church, a Flower garden and an embroidery shop. after lunch visit the former railway station and take an open air train ride to Trai Mat village. end the day with a visit to Dalat Market.

Day 9: Nha Trang Island Cruise

Travel to the coastal town of Nha Trang and cruise around the nearby islands, stopping at an island for a swim.

Day 10: Qui Nhon

Visit the ruins of Po Nagar Cham Towers before continuing to Qui Nhon.

Day 11: Son My & Hoi An

Pay homage to the victims of the My Lai massacre at son My, before continuing to the UNESCO town of Hoi An.

Day 12: Hoi An Walking Tour

Enjoy a walking tour of Hoi An and visit one of the oldest homes, still occupied by descendants of merchants that built it over 200 years ago. also visit the Japanese Bridge, Hoi An Market and a local Chinese Pagoda.

Day 13: Imperial Citadel, Hue

Leave Hoi an and drive north to the Marble Mountains, continuing to Hue via the scenic Hai Van pass. Enjoy a cyclo ride to the Imperial Citadel, the centrepiece of the royal empire.

Day 14: Royal Tombs

Cruise along the perfume river to Thien Mu pagoda. Travel to an Thien House, the original residence of emperor Tu Duc’s daughter and later visit the UNESCO World Heritage royal Tomb of Minh Mang.

Day 15: Fly to Hanoi

Fly to Hanoi, a charming and richly historic city. Visit the Fine Arts Museum and the bustling Od Quarter.

Day 16: Discover Hanoi

Sightseeing includes a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Quarter where you will see Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (closed Sep-Dec), Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature & you’ll also take a walking tour of the old Quarter.

Day 17: Halong Bay Junk Cruise

Travel to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Halong Bay, Vietnam’s most iconic attraction. Enjoy a seafood meal whilst cruising between the nearby islands on board a traditionally designed Junk Boat. Return to Hanoi later in the day.

Day 18: Fly Hanoi to UK

Fly to the UK.
