When purchased online, your lift tickets will be delivered to your hotel the day before your first ski day for your convenience; no line-ups!

Whatever you want to ski or ride, you’ll find it here in the heart of Canada’s Protected Playground, Banff National Park. Our three ski areas; Mt. Norquay, The Lake Louise Ski Area and Sunshine Village offer almost 8,000 acres of skiable terrain on a convenient tri-area lift ticket.

You’ll be free to roam light, dry powder, incredible terrain, fun parks and endless runs. It may surprise you to know that winter is actually low season here, offering lower prices throughout the towns. And with no holiday season pricing on lift tickets, it’s now more affordable to visit Banff National Park whenever you wish.

Grace Periods for Lift Tickets:

1 & 2 day tickets do not have a grace period (e.g. 1 out of 1, 2 out of 2)

3 & 4 day tickets have a 1 day grace period (e.g. 3 out of 4, 4 out of 5)

5, 6 & 7 day tickets have a 2 day grace period (e.g. 5 out of 7, 6 out of 8, and 7 out of 9)

8 & 9-day tickets have a 3-day grace period (e.g. 8 out of 11, 9 out of 12)


Interchangeable at Mt. Norquay, The Lake Louise Ski Area and Sunshine Village; Specified use of Ski Shuttle; Free night skiing at Mt. Norquay when available.

Hours of operation

Tentative opening and closing dates:

The Lake Louise Ski Area: November 7 - May 8.

Sunshine Village Resort: November 11 - May 23.

Mt. Norquay: December 2 - April 17.



Identification may be required for proof of age.

As a service to guests, Ski Banff Lake Louise Sunshine offers complimentary delivery of lift tickets to the guest’s hotel as specified in the lift ticket order.

Guests will receive their actual lift ticket upon hotel check-in. This will allow you direct use of the Ski Shuttle service and direct access to the lifts at the ski areas.

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.

**All information requested must be supplied or booking is subject to automatic cancellation**

How to book

1. Make Contact

Get in touch with one of our destination specialists to discuss your plans. Whether you want to discuss this particular itinerary or you have specific requirements that mean we create a totally unique holiday just for you. You can call us or send us an online enquiry and we will call you back to discuss your holiday plans.

2. Discuss

Our destination specialists are here to help. They will have firsthand knowledge of the destinations that mean they can answer your questions, make suggestions and give relevant advice to put together your dream holiday.

3. Refine

Your own dedicated specialist travel advisor will help to carefully create your tailor made holiday and send you a detailed itinerary via email for you to look through and refine until you are 100% satisfied.

4. Confirming your holiday

Once your holiday itinerary has been agreed we will ask you to pay the relevant deposit, if applicable, or full payment if your holiday is departing within 14 weeks of booking. You will then receive your full confirmation, payment receipt and ATOL certificate via email within 24 hours of booking.

After booking service

Even after you have booked and paid for your holiday there are bound to be questions you have before you depart on your holiday. We pride ourselves with the Customer Care that we offer and are always here to assist with any pre or post departure assistance you require.

Low Deposits

Why not pay a low deposit to secure your holiday, call now for details! Full payment must be taken 10 weeks before departure unless your holiday includes a Cruise then we require this 12 weeks before departure
