This tour is not recommended for those with mobility problems due to a required moderate amount of walking outdoors. Policies Wine Country Half Day Tour (Sonoma Valley) - A minimum of 6 people is required to operate the tour. Customers are required to reconfirm the tour no later than 24 hours in advance by calling City Sightseeing customer service. Customers with specific food allergies should make their needs known at this time. 3 Day Hop-On Hop-Off Tour including ALCATRAZ - ALL PASSENGERS FULL NAMES ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. You MUST pick up your Alcatraz tickets between 9:00am and 10:00am on the day of the tour! Please note cancellations for Alcatraz are 7 days in advance. Once vouchers have been exchanged for tickets, customers may board the Double Decker Bus at any of our designated City Sightseeing stops and get on and off the bus as often as they like for 72 hours.
