Our experienced Tour Leaders will give you assistance during the tour and share information regarding history and culture of Rome aided by a Video-Audio-Guide system, as well as guiding you smoothly and safely throughout the whole evening.

We will glide from the Forum of Trajan, through Venice Square and proceed to the Pantheon and then to the famous Navona Square; you will also visit the impressive Temple of Hadrian. After this we will head across little allies, through the Italian Parliament building and Colonna square to the marvelous Spanish Steps. The final destination of this memorable tour will be the famous Trevi Fountain.

All our Rome Segway Tours begin with an orientation session at our premises. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway we will start our journey to the historical center of Rome.

Inclusion

Segway rental; 30 minute Orientation Session; Audio-guide system; Headphones; Helmet; Ponchos in case of rain; Tour Leader - English; Insurance.

Exclusion

We do not visit the inside of monuments and museums; Beverages; Gratuities.

Hours of operation

Available Sunday to Thursday departing at 4:30pm during November-March, 7:30pm during April-May and September-October, and 8:00pm during June-August. Please check in 5 minutes prior to departure. No tour departures on: January 1; April 1; June 2; December 24-25, 31.

Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Location

Meeting point: Via di Sant’Eufemia #15, Rome (very close to the Piazza Venezia). To find our office take as a reference the Vittoriano (big white monument located in piazza Venezia). Facing it, cross Via dei Fori Imperiali and walk in direction of the white column with spirals around and a statue on the top. Keep walking leaving the column on your right and the churches on your left. As soon as you overcome the second church, turn left into Via di Sant’Eufemia.

Participant restrictions

SEGWAY Children Policy: The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone between 14 and 70 of age, with a minimum of 145 cm (4,75 ft) of height and over 40 kilos (90 pounds) of weight.

Children under 18 years of age cannot take part of our tours alone. They must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please note that our staff will have the right to decline accepting your child without any obligation to refund you for her/his tickets.

The use of the Segway is NOT recommended for pregnant women.

Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient.

Policies

Cancellation: 7 days prior 30% penalty, 3 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.

This tour has a minimum of 2 passengers and maximum of 8 passengers in order to operate.
