You travel north into the Highlands, and over the “Rest and be Thankful” pass to the whitewashed 18th century town of Inveraray, home to the Duke of Argyll’s castle. Following a visit to Inveraray, you continue to the iconic Kilchurn Castle*, magnificently situated at the head of Loch Awe and surrounded by towering mountains.
After lunch in the fishing port of Oban, famous as the Gateway to the Isles, you will continue along the stunning west coast through Appin, passing the impregnable Castle Stalker, before spending the afternoon in the majestic beauty of Glencoe, one of the Scots’ favourite mountain regions.
Then it’s onwards across the wild Rannoch Moor heading south, stopping at Loch Lomond on the way before your return journey to Glasgow.

Additional Information
Clothing: Because we believe in time off the bus and give clients the opportunities to take nature walks, we recommend to bring suitable clothing and footwear on the tours. Scotland can be a wet place.
Unless otherwise notified passengers are restricted to one medium sized suitcase/bag no more than 15kg (Height 70cm x Width 30cm x Depth 45cm) and one small carry-on bag per person. Luggage is carried free of charge but at the passenger’s own risk.

If you are reserving for a single passenger, you must reserve a Single room. Double room can be booked ONLY if you are reserving for 2 or more.
Child rate applies to children aged 5-15, based on 1 child sharing a room with parents or 2 adults.
