Highlights / General details Mount Hua or Hua Shan in Chinese is located in Shaanxi Province, about 120 kilometres east of the city of Xi'an, near the city Huayin in China. Also known as Xiyuè, Western Great Mountain, it is one of China's Five Sacred Taoist Mountains, and has a long history of religious significance. Originally classified as having three peaks, in modern times the mountain is classified as five main peaks, of which the highest is the South Peak at 2154.9 meters. Huashan has a variety of temples and other religious structures on its slopes and peaks. At the foot of the mountain is the Cloister of the Jade Spring, which is dedicated to Chen Tuan, a legendary Taoist sage. Inclusion Private car/coach for transfers service and sightseeing program. Huashan, which is located in Huayin city which is 120 kilometers east of Xi'an city in shaanxi province (about 3 hours’ drive). After arrival, you will take the cable car up to East Peak. You may have free time there. Huashan Mount is 2,200 metres above sea level. It is one of five famous Mountains in China. Among the five, Huashan is the most steep and dangerous one. Have lunch at a local Chinese restaurant. After visits, you will take cable car down the mountain and be sent back to your hotel. (About 3 hours’ drive).
