A DAY AT LEOPARD MOUNTAIN LODGE:
Awakening to the last of the nocturnal sounds you will begin your day with a good cup of coffee and some traditional rusks before embarking on your first game drive with your knowledgeable guide. For guests looking for a more interactive safari, booking a Guided Walking Safari is an experience not to be missed.
On return to the lodge, a delectable breakfast awaits after which you can enjoy a leisurely morning at your own pace or join your ranger for a mid-day Waterhole experience. Relax in our superb hide and watch as an array of animals comes down to drink.
Build your own picnic basket for two from our selection of salads, cold meat, crudités and pates to enjoy at your own leisure around the bird pond, on the main lodge deck or simply relaxing on your private balcony. Take a minute for yourself and be pampered at our tranquil Africology Spa.
In the early afternoon, you will be invited to come and enjoy an Afternoon Tea while overlooking the spectacular views from the deck. After quenching your thirst and having a bite to eat, you will be off again with your guide to explore some different areas on the Reserve. During your drive you will be treated to a sundowner while you watch the sun set over the mountains and perhaps hear the distant roar of lions.
On return to the lodge, you will have the opportunity to freshen up before a dinner under the African skies. After a delicious boma feast paired with one of our hand selected wines from our award winning wine cellar, one can sit around the bonfire and share exciting stories of the days wildlife encounters.
