COACH TOUR: • View the grand and historic homesteads of North Adelaide. • The Dry Creek Salt Crystallization Pans and Adelaide’s plains. • Approach the Barossa Valley through the magnificent Seppeltsfield estate. • A Welcome, and wine tasting at this historic winery - a chance to see, if not taste there favorite Ports dating back 100 years and more. • Soak up the art of winemaking on a guided tour of the home of one of the world’s best known wine brands, Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre and Cellar Door. Perhaps even a visit to the famous Creek. • Uncover the mystery of wines at a tutored wine tasting, involving an amazing sensory experience. • Enjoy a sumptuous two course lunch at Barossa Chateau. • Tour of the Hermann Thumm Collection in the Chateau’s private museum. • A stroll through the Southern Hemisphere’s largest rose garden, opened by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. • Wine tasting at Creed Wines. • If time allows, a chance to see and experience the Whispering Wall of the Barossa Reservoir. • Delight in the Adelaide Hills’ villages of Crafers, Stirling, Aldgate and Bridgewater. THE CEDARS: • As the Grand Barossa tour heads off to Hahndorf, you’ll discover The Cedars, Sir Hans Heysen’s perfectly preserved studio. • A visit to the studio of Nora Heysen, Archibald prize winner and daughter of Sir Hans. • Re-join tour group after your gallery viewing. Inclusion Morning tea at Lyndoch Bakery with coffee/tea; Wine tasting and tour at Jacob's Creek; Lunch at Barossa Chateau; Opportunity for wine tasting at Creed Wines; Admission and guided tour at The Cedars.
