Slipping softly and silently along the Dubai Creek on a traditional wooden vessel, invites you to delight in charmingly different perspectives of this city of contrasts. Modern and traditional views display the rather fast pace from a time-honored centre of trade to a focal point of commerce over just a few decades. You will see old wooden dhows and luxury yachts, spectacular modern architecture like the National Bank of Dubai and the Chamber of Commerce & Industry buildings, whilst the birthplace of Sheikh Rashid – Sheikh Saeed’s House and the Heritage Village are reminiscent of the old times. An overwhelming delicious buffet adds to the enchanting atmosphere in the dimmed far-distant light of the city.
