Cape Town

Cape Town touristic bus 2 day ticket, £24 per person – The Red Route City tour with a stop at the lower cableway to the top of Table Mountain is a great way to get your bearings in Cape Town. The tour departs from the Waterfront and winds its way around the City Centre before climbing to the lower cableway, some 350m above sea level. From there we drop down to the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton before following the Atlantic through Sea Point back to the Waterfront. Our Blue Route is a spectacularly scenic route outside the City Centre. We hug Devils Peak mountain en route to the World renown Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. We then drive through the Cecilia forest to Hout Bay where we visit several wonderful attractions. From Hout Bay we hug the 12 Apostles Mountain range and follow a spectacular coastal drive to Camps Bay beach, followed by Clifton beach en route back to the Waterfront.

Shark Cage Diving, £105 per person - Make your way to Kleinbaai where you will enjoy a light continental breakfast before your skipper of the day gives you a short lecture on the Great White Shark. Spend approximately 2 - 4 hours on the boat. Depending on conditions embark on an approximate 15 minute dive in the cage. Enjoy a packed lunch on board and return to Kleinbaai for afternoon tea and scones. The general public can enjoy the great white sharks face-to-face. Observing and diving with these creatures under the correct conditions and guidance is a wonderful experience. Do not miss this experience!

Hermanus Whale Watching Tour - £48 per person - Travel along the dramatic Cape Coastline to Hermanus for arguably the best shore-based whale watching in the World and the chance to see a magnificent Southern Right Whale breaching. Close to the southernmost tip of Africa, Hermanus enjoys a richly deserved reputation for its fantastic shore-based whale watching, between July and November. From the excellent vantage points on the rocky cliff path that hugs the coastline from one end of Hermanus to the other, whale watchers can get within 20 meters of these magical creatures as they cruise along the coves. The area is a haven for the Southern Right Whale, but other species including Humpbacks, Killer whales plus Bottlenose and Common dolphins are occasionally sighted. The world’s only ‘Whale Crier’ alerts visitors to the location of the whales by blasting his kelp horn. Enjoy wondrous views of the Cape Peninsula as you return to Cape Town via Sir Lowry’s pass.

Discover Cape Town, £32 per person - A great introduction to this spectacular city, the Cape Town City Tour provides the perfect opportunity to sample some of its attractions and get your bearings. Come with us on the ultimate ‘Mother City’ experience, designed to orientate and give you a full-colour insight into the extraordinary magic of Cape Town. Experience the wonderful raw energy of our Townships in one unforgettable morning. An opening history visiting District Six, leads to the oldest township Langa and its people. What a vibe, what positivity, a ‘Rainbow Nation’ in-deed. Strolling through Langa Township, pop in to a ‘shebeen’ (pub), observing the difference in housing quality and witnessing real progress being made in providing decent housing, new developments as well as the restoration of the old single quarters. Then from Langa to Khayelitsha the new kid on the block, the largest in Western Cape all swagger and strut. Large scale developments abound, housing, schools, shopping malls, clinics and many private organisations doing a marvellous job in providing social and other skills to the people at large.

Cape Peninsula Tour, £57 per person - This wonderful tour offers the chance to enjoy some of the spectacular natural wonders on the door step of Cape Town. A scenic drive along the Atlantic coast through Africa’s most desirable neighbourhoods, brings you to glorious Hout Bay and the opportunity to join a short boat trip to Seal Island to view the Cape Fur Seals in their natural habitat (additional cost, payable locally). From here, the tour continues along the stunning Chapman's Peak Drive - a winding road hacked out of the mountain cliffs - to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and its scenic viewing point. Amid the dramatic sea and mountain views, numerous species including antelope, baboons, ostriches and zebra flourish.  The tour concludes with an enchanting visit to the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach and Simon’s Town, one of South Africa’s Oldest European settlements.
