Amuse Bouche:
Winter - Cauliflower panna cotta with piccalilli.
Summer - Broccoli panna cotta piccalilli served all year with an amuse spoon with mackerel mousse with Dutch shrimp and a crouton.
Starter:
Winter - Chicory soup with quail egg and truffle
Summer - Leek soup with smoked salmon served with Dutch homestyle bread, with 3 toppings.
Main course:
Slowly braised veal in Heineken beer with apple sauce on mashed celeriac & potato, served with a stewed pear or Cod fillet in Dutch mustard sauce, served on mashed potato and vegetables.
Cheese platter:
Dutch cheese platter with 3 cheeses and 3 squares of rye bread.
Dessert:
Fruit salad, cream rice with raisins and cinnamon and “bitterkoekjes” crème pudding.
Coffee & tea with an assortment of Dutch sweets.
