The Temple of the Reclining Buddha, Wat Pho, is situated behind the fabulous Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Wat Pho is the largest temple in Bangkok and is known for its huge and imposing reclining Buddha, which is more than 40 meters long and covered in gold leaf. The Buddha’s feet alone are 3 metres long and elegantly decorated with mother-of-pearl. The Wat Pho is also well known for its traditional Thai massage.
